About CalorieLookup
Last updated August 20, 2026
CalorieLookup is an independent reference for fast-food nutrition facts. It covers 11 US restaurant chains — 1,581 menu items in total — and pairs that data with a calculator that totals a whole order, rather than making you add up items one at a time.
The site is free to use, requires no account, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant brand it covers.
Where the data comes from
Every figure on this site is compiled from the restaurant's own publicly published nutrition information — official nutrition PDFs, published nutrition guides, and per-item pages on each brand's website. Nothing is estimated from recipes, crowd-sourced, or copied from other nutrition sites.
Each brand page names its specific source, links to it, and shows the date that source was last verified. If you want to check a number, the path back to the original is always one click away.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- No invented numbers. When a brand doesn't publish a value — sodium on some items, for example — the cell is left blank. It is never filled with a zero or an estimate, because a false zero is worse than an honest gap.
- Every serving size is stated. Sizes change the numbers enormously, so items are listed at the sizes the brand actually publishes rather than collapsed into a single "medium".
- Sources are cited on the page, not buried. Source name, link, and last-verified date sit at the bottom of every brand page.
- Combos are labeled. Where a meal combination isn't an official named combo from the brand, it says so.
What this site is not
CalorieLookup is a reference tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice, and it does not publish allergen information — if you have a food allergy or a medical condition, confirm directly with the restaurant. See the nutrition data disclaimer for the full picture on accuracy and its limits.
Corrections
If a number here disagrees with what a restaurant currently publishes, that's worth knowing about. Email [email protected] with the brand, the item, and the figure you're seeing, and it will be checked against the source.
